Although its quality and value seem very good, I was disappointed to find that the front of the cabinet was damaged. Where the keys were stored in transit in the pouch, they have damaged the paintwork on the front as can be seen in the pictures.

One of the keys was damaged on delivery, I have sent 2 emails and pics showing the damage and key number. I have not had any response advising what action is being taken and now I am being asked to review the order🤔 not impressed with the customer service so far. UPDATED, Still no response to any emails, total lack of basic courtesy. No way of contacting the company other than via email. Terrible customer service, I would not advise anyone to order anything from this company.

Love how the cabinet looks and my first 3 gun edition passed inspection no problem. Two major issues though. Firstly the 6 gun cabinet recently purchased and advertised as either wall or floor mounting is only wall mounting and I did send two emails to yourselves to confirm either way which one or indeed two did apply. No response unfortunately which now means I have to find somebody to drill base holes at my expense. Second issue is that you can't remove the keys once the cabinet is open. Annoying but something I can live with.

First impression is better quality than expected. I was worried about dodgy locks based on some reviews but these are fine, slick to use and positioned perfectly. 2 improvements: 1, it could use floor plate fixing holes pre-drilled, I will have to do these as floor fixing is almost essential. 2, the cabinet is BS 7558 spec but the wall fixings would not pass jy firearms team inspection I believe. I will jot be using these so either upgrade to decent fixings or do not provideq, other more expensive cabinets require fixings to be purchased as extras. So far I'm happy with my purchase.

Was looking around for some time at different cabinets which got a bit tedious. In looking I came across this one at something that was good quality but at a reasonable price, also which I thought was very good is that delivery was free and guaranteed within 48 hours.
